- Take regular breaks from the computer screen/s – example walk around the block, or get some green space, focus on your posture – core in, shoulders back, head sitting directly on top of your shoulders.
- Diarise time-out sessions in your calendar (and don’t snooze the pop up reminders).
- Take out 2 minutes per day to do some neck stretches
