How to resolve tech neck


My top four tips of how to resolve tech neck:

  1. Take regular breaks from the computer screen/s – example walk around the block, or get some green space, focus on your posture – core in, shoulders back, head sitting directly on top of your shoulders.
  2. Diarise time-out sessions in your calendar (and don’t snooze the pop up reminders).
  3. Take out 2 minutes per day to do some neck stretches

  4. Use a heat pack and an essential oil rub (‘natural’ such as Stiff Sore and Sorry) to soothe and relax the muscles that support your neck and shoulders.
