

Healthy Dark Chocolate Slice
Dark chocolate was known by the Mayan civilisation as "the food of the Gods"!Recently, evidence has shown that dark chocolate (90%) helps to improve the cardiovascular system health.In fact, a recent Meta-analysis (that's the gold standard of scientific clinical trials) found that consuming 20g of 90% dark chocolate per day over a period of a month improves blood pressure, insulin resistance, vessel health and platelet function. Ingredients
- 200 gm dark chocolate ensure dairy free for Vegan
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- drizzle honey raw honey is best
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup pistachios
- 1" grated ginger or to taste
- ⅓ cup sultanas OR blueberries even better
Instructions
- Melt chocolate gently with coconut oil
- mix in remaining ingredients
- pour into a cake tin or baking pan, and freeze for a few hours
- 20gm is about 1 inch / 25mm square. Enjoy daily without any guilt whatsoever! 🙂
