Seedy Fennel and Thyme Crackers

These no-numbers preservative free home-made crackers are grain free and gluten free. Fantastic to have with some beetroot hummus, or any other home-made dip.

  • Food Processor
  • Rolling pin, or bottle
  • Baking paper


  • 3/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Pepitas
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Chia Seeds
  • 2 tsp Thyme dried
  • 2 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Wakame Seaweed Flakes
  • 1 tbsp water filtered
  • 1 egg organic (ideally)
  • Rock salt and Cracked Pepper to taste


  • Add all ingredients and pulse in the food processor
  • Scoop thedough onto baking paper and place another baking paper sheet on the top.
  • Roll out toabout 1/8 inch thick
  • Remove thetop layer of paper
  • Cut with apizza cutter into squares
  • Bake in an180 degree fan forced over for 15 minutes until golden. Cool on wire rack andbreak apart crackers (or with a knife).
