
Seedy Fennel and Thyme Crackers
These no-numbers preservative free home-made crackers are grain free and gluten free. Fantastic to have with some beetroot hummus, or any other home-made dip.

Equipment
- Food Processor
- Rolling pin, or bottle
- Baking paper
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1/2 cup Pepitas
- 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 1/2 cup Chia Seeds
- 2 tsp Thyme dried
- 2 tsp Fennel Seeds
- 1 tbsp Wakame Seaweed Flakes
- 1 tbsp water filtered
- 1 egg organic (ideally)
- Rock salt and Cracked Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients and pulse in the food processor
- Scoop thedough onto baking paper and place another baking paper sheet on the top.
- Roll out toabout 1/8 inch thick
- Remove thetop layer of paper
- Cut with apizza cutter into squares
- Bake in an180 degree fan forced over for 15 minutes until golden. Cool on wire rack andbreak apart crackers (or with a knife).
