Super easy and healthy mid-week meals for the whole family.
This frittata uses four eggs, with grated zucchini, mushrooms, capsicum, tuna OR bacon, onions and garlic, and for extra tasty I’ve added some cheddar and feta, oregano, thyme, marjoram, sunflower seeds.
Bake in a moderate oven for about 25 minutes. It’s easy and delicious.
Have with steamed greens or a leafy salad!
